Stephen reports in a Yelp review left for us that the quote we gave him was not the lowest of the three he received—but rather that our pricing for the replacement windows and doors he needed “…was in the middle of the three…” We’re guessing that the lowest price came from the other San Diego replacement window company, since we know that they only sell Milgard windows, which are lower-quality windows than the ones we sell at BM Windows (Anlin, Bay View, and Monte Verde). We’ve always made it a point to sell only high-quality products at BM Windows, and still give our customers affordable prices.
Regardless of the fact that we didn’t quote Stephen the lowest price of the three, he decided to hire us anyway to replace his old French doors, a sliding glass door, and two windows. Stephen says in his Yelp review that he made his decision because “Research showed high marks for BM [Windows] in regards to quality, service and warranty. Had great reviews.”
When the time came to install his windows and doors, our team did not disappoint. His windows and doors came in ahead of schedule and Stephen reports, “Job was completed in one day. Four guys on site. Worked hard all day and did an outstanding job installing and cleaning up.”
