What else you should know about working with BM Windows for your rental property in San Diego
We work hard to make the process of installing replacement windows as seamless as possible for property owners, however, one requirement that we have is that the property owner or an authorized representative (like a property manager) is present at the initial consultation and available to sign the contract. We are unable to enter into a contract with the tenants themselves.
If you are the owner of a multi-unit residential building, please know that our general liability insurance only allows us to work on buildings up to three stories tall. In addition, we only install residential windows, not commercial-grade windows.
