We recently needed to replace 3 windows and three patio sliders in a rental condo in Coronado. It was essential that we had a reputable, competitively priced, and timely vendor to complete this job. Our condo had renters at the time… We sought out four bids for the windows. [The BM Windows representative] arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, was concise, knowledgeable, and very professional. We were most impressed with the promise of a one day installation so we would not inconvenience our renter. The other companies could not promise that and quoted 2-3 days. The windows actually arrived early after our purchase and our Property Manager arranged an installation date. Everything that was promised, was delivered. What a pleasure to work with an A+ company in a C- world. Windows look great! We even received a thank you note for our business!” -Roslyn R., Carlsbad

What else you should know about working with BM Windows for your rental property in San Diego
We work hard to make the process of installing replacement windows as seamless as possible for property owners, however, one requirement that we have is that the property owner or an authorized representative (like a property manager) is present at the initial consultation and available to sign the contract. We are unable to enter into a contract with the tenants themselves.
If you are the owner of a multi-unit residential building, please know that our general liability insurance only allows us to work on buildings up to three stories tall. In addition, we only install residential windows, not commercial-grade windows.
