The COVID-19 outbreak is affecting us all. There is currently no such thing as “business as usual.” All of us are having to make changes to the way we are used to doing things, and our replacement window company is no exception.
We care deeply about the San Diego community. We’ve been a part of it for many years as a business, and as your neighbors. We are doing everything possible to keep our community and our team safe and healthy, while still serving the needs of our customers.
Our team is taking extra measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as regular hand washing and the liberal use of hand sanitizer, wearing masks, and practicing social distancing. We are also conducting daily health checks to ensure our team is symptom-free. At this time, our entire team remains healthy, allowing us to continue to operate.
Here are some other ways we’re adjusting the way we do business to account for the current situation:
Information for New Customers
If you are in the market for new windows in San Diego, we are still booking appointments and can perform at-home sales calls whenever it’s most convenient for you. We are able to do the consultation and take all the measurements we need to provide you with a project estimate from outside your home, while maintaining the recommended social distance.
If you then decide to proceed with your replacement window project, we can get your windows and doors ordered now. Once they are in, we can set an install date right away, or hold your windows until all restrictions have been lifted, whichever you prefer.
Information for Existing Customers
If you have already placed an order for replacement windows, rest assured, the process is still moving forward. However, if you would like to postpone your installation date, we can certainly do that. Once we receive your windows and doors from the manufacturer, we can store them safely in our local warehouse until you’re ready to schedule the installation.
If you are in need of service for windows and doors that we previously installed, we are still performing work for urgent situations—such as leaks or broken glass. However, all non-urgent service calls are being postponed for the time being. We will stay in touch and schedule your non-urgent service when the situation allows.
