Anyone who has ever worked with technology knows that there are occasional glitches. Even with large companies like Facebook, things can go wrong. That’s what happened last month when, all of a sudden, Facebook wouldn’t allow us to update our company page anymore. However, after a few weeks of troubleshooting, Facebook was able to remedy the situation.

At one point, we thought we would be forced to abandon our Facebook page and create a new one. Had that happened, we would have lost all the reviews and recommendations on it. So, in case this issue ever arises again, we thought we’d publish them all here for you to read! Here are all the unedited reviews:
Had BM Windows replace 25 windows and 3 doors on our house in Pt Loma. Not a straightforward job for a 78 year old house. Owner, sales rep, scheduler, and install team were all responsive and responsible with a very clean installation that matches the house very well. The Anlin windows look to be a very good value for our purpose.

After getting quotes from two other companies I chose BM Windows. J.T., the Sales Manager, was very professional, respectful and courteous and explained everything I needed to know about the windows as well as the company. The price he quoted was very fair and better than estimates received by other companies, and there were no extra charges beyond the estimate. The installers were prompt, efficient and courteous. They installed all windows in one day as promised and cleaned up completely after their work was done. My windows are beautiful and I highly recommend BM Windows.

BM Windows is a great company, with outstanding sales manager and customer service, skilled and professional installers, and they deliver amazing results!!! First, the sales manager: Jim is amazing, very nice to talk to, he went through all the options of styles and prices, without pushing me to decide right away, and answering timely to all my emails when my HOA requested more information. Great guy, knows how to do serious business without wasting your time (which competitor companies did), he makes it a very pleasant experience for the customer. The scheduling service: I called them a few times to reschedule or to ask questions, and they were always very responsive, and called me back in a timely manner when I left messages. The installers: Gabriel and Pete had already installed the top floor windows 2 months ago, and I were very pleased: today they came to install the rest of the windows (9) and the patio door, and were here for 11 hours straight; they did an outstanding job, and cleaned everything afterwards. I bought them lunch, and they thanked me 1000 times. Two of my neighbors were so impressed with their work that they asked them for the company’s name. LOVE our new windows and the sliding glass door, could not be happier, thank you Jim and BM Windows! The Best Company Ever! Usually I’m the one who recommends people services. This time my husband and I needed help. We couldn’t be happier we were directed to this company.
