When we say, “small apartment complexes,” we are referring to multi-family dwellings that are three stories tall or less. Our general liability insurance provider does not currently allow us to work on buildings that are taller than three stories.

When completing multi-family projects, we typically work with the building’s owner or property manager to replace all the windows in the building at one time. Our crew works efficiently, so the building’s tenants experience little disruption to their lives. We are almost never in a single unit for more than one day, and our crews always clean up after themselves upon completion of the window installation.

Upgrading the windows in an apartment complex can be a great investment. Not only will it add value to the building, but it will also make it more energy efficient. It may also allow apartment complex owners to command higher rents from their tenants. Providing tenants with a more comfortable, well-maintained unit is a great way to keep tenants happy and help reduce turnover rates.

Just like with apartment complexes, the hotel must be three stories tall or less. The hotel must also use residential-grade (rather than commercial) windows.
