Monday Morning Radio Interview with Michal Bohm, Owner of BM Windows

Earlier this month, BM Windows owner Michal Bohm was interviewed on Monday Morning Radio, a popular podcast that features interviews with innovative business owners and entrepreneurs. The interview was conducted by Dean Rotbart, a respected and award-winning business journalist.

Monday Morning Radio chose to interview Michal because of BM Windows’ unique business model in the replacement window industry. Instead of focusing on high-pressure sales techniques like many of our competitors, we have chosen instead to educate our customers on on the products and the processes involved in replacing their windows and doors. We do this because we believe our customers deserve to know exactly what they are getting and be able to make the most informed decisions possible when it comes to their homes.

Much of the interview focused on our website, which we are extremely proud of! Michal talked about how the entire site is focused on education–from our free Replacement Home Windows Buying Guide to our extensive glossary of window terms to our section of frequently asked questions.

Michal was also able to talk about the importance of having an online gallery that highlights our work so customers are able to better visualize what their replacement windows and doors will look like once they are installed. BM Windows’ website goes even one step further and provides potential customers with addresses and maps to the homes of previous customers who have used us to install their replacement windows and doors, so they can drive by and see them in person. These are just some of the ways we go above and beyond for our customers.
