With the checklist, we ask customers to verify that their installers demonstrated how their new replacement windows and doors operate, including any screens. They are also asked to inspect the interior and exterior trim around their new windows and doors to make sure it is installed to their satisfaction and that the screens are free from any defects. Finally, customers are asked to verify that any old windows or doors have been disposed of. We give this checklist to our customers for two reasons. First, it allows the customer the opportunity to inspect their new windows with our installers. We want to make sure our customers know how to operate and care for their new replacement windows and doors properly and that they are satisfied with the finished product. Second, it gives our customers the opportunity to give us important feedback. We are known for our excellent customer service, but we are always open to ways we can improve our service.
