We also take care of the entire process from beginning to end. We come to your home and take measurements. After discussing options, we will provide you with an easy-to-understand quote that includes all of those options, plus our professional installation services. If you need paperwork from us to give to your HOA, we can provide that for you.
Once you sign a contract with us and put down a deposit, we will order the windows from the manufacturer. When they are complete, we will contact you to set up an installation date. On your installation day, our team will remove and discard all of your old windows, and install your new ones. This will only take a day or two, and our install crew will clean up after themselves when they are done. There is actually very minimal disruption to your home during the installation process.
After your installation is complete and you make your final payment, you will receive the warranty information. If you ever have issues with any of your replacement windows, you can contact our office, and we will send someone out to evaluate them. If the issue is with the window itself, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to repair or replace it at no cost to you. If the issue was caused by an installation error, our company will remedy it—also at no cost to you. Both the manufacturer’s warranty and the BM Windows installation warranty are good for as long as you own your home, so even if an issue pops up 20 years from now, it is covered!
