We replaced all of our windows and doors using BM. They were terrific. Great price and done in only 2 days. Very fast, clean, and efficient. We notice the whole house is so much quieter and energy efficient than when we had the old plate glass.
Months later we called them up to have them add a keyed lock to a downstairs slider. They came out with a new lock, installed it, gave us the keys, and left. I called the following week, told them they forgot to leave an invoice and asked them how much. They said no charge.
